Command-line tool parameters: XHTML transformation

Certain parameters are specific to the XHTML transformation.

xhtmltoc	Specifies the base name of the TOC file. The default value is index.

`t`	Open the topic finder to filter the list of topic titles
`s`	Use the search field to find text in topic content
